Cancellation, Reschedule & Refund Policy

  • Clients may reschedule up to 12 hours before their appointment (1 deposit rollover permitted per booking).
  • Barbers may grant a 1-tap 30-day $5.00 deposit rollover credit at their discretion.
  • If a barber cancels an appointment, the client receives an automatic 100% refund of the $5.00 Chair Deposit + $1.50 Booking Fee ($6.50).
